Any registered New Jersey voter can vote early, by mail, in any election. Applications to vote by mail (also called voting absentee) are available at the Township Clerk's Office or online from the NJ Division of Elections office: http://www.njelections.org/mail-in_doe.html
The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot by mail for the General Election is October 12, 2010. You may also apply in person at the Mercer County Clerk's Office at 209 South Broad Street, Trenton, up until November 1, 2010 at 3:00 p.m.
